Orlando Fantasy.com and or associated companies or agents assume NO RESPONSIBILITY, NOR LIABILITY, whatsoever for losses, personal injury, death, accidents or damage to a customer, property, arising out of the act of negligence limiting the foregoing or otherwise in connection with any transfer, accommodation, air transportation, boat or other service, resulting directly or indirectly from acts of god, terrorism, danger, incident in the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strike, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, delays or cancellations, itinerary or tour changes, baggage loss or damage, hotel room or seating assignments, schedules, shortened vacation, time or from any cause beyond the company's control and neither the affiliate companies shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained by the tour member as a result of the foregoing causes. Orlando Fantasy.com, reserves the right to substitute any source of transportation, hotel, theme park ticket or any other service mentioned in this website to comparable facilities within the same or better category, this will also apply in case the Hotel we have confirmed online has a sold out situation. Due to circumstances beyond our control, date and time changes may be necessary but will be kept to a minimum and only when strictly necessary. Orlando Fantasy.com, reserves the right to refuse services to any person who has acquired a voucher or theme park ticket in violation of applicable law, rules or regulations of our company. All vouchers and/or tickets are property of Orlando Fantasy.com and must be returned intact if services are cancelled. Orlando Fantasy.com, is not responsible for the passenger personal travel documents. The passenger shall comply with government travel requirements, documents, passport, visas, Etc, to be presented at the airport, hotel or park entrance as required. Passengers are required to pay their taxes or any new taxes enforced by the state, any airport, hotel or theme park. No travel agent has the authority to alter, modify or waive any provision of our vouchers.

Limitation on Liability
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Orlando Fantasy.com be liable to User/Buyer for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Orlando Fantasy.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our Prices
Orlando Fantasy.com has the best prices accessible, thanks to the high volume of international clients. Prices stated on this site include 7.0% sales tax and/or other local taxes that may apply to user's. All prices are in US $ dollars, unless otherwise specifically stated. Our prices in general are subject to change without prior notice. Prices may varies based upon your choice of travel dates, number of travelers, departure city, and choice of flight, hotels or other items, and may require a minimum night's stay. In case of price change, Orlando Fantasy.com, will charge the difference between the price paid or quoted on our website prior to the increase and the actual price. Orlando Fantasy.com assume NO RESPONSIBILITY, NOR LIABILITY, and is under NO OBLIGATION to absorb the price difference between the price paid or quoted on our website prior to the increase and the actual price.

Online order confirmation and/or Reservation
Online orders are processed and confirmed based upon availability during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 9 am -5 pm EST and on Saturday, 9 am -12:00 noon EST. Any orders placed after 5 pm EST will not be guaranteed confirmation until the following business day. Reservations are based on a first come, first served basis. All prices posted in our website are exclusive of Orlando Fantasy.com. All online orders are confirmed through email. You User/Buyer are responsible for providing an accessible email address that allows general confirmation emails to be sent. Your confirmation will state that your order has been received and will be processed immediately. Once your order is processed you will then receive a sale confirmation email as well as an invoice. Your invoice will include the ticket and shipping details of the order. If you do not receive an invoice or have not been contacted by a Orlando Fantasy.com representative within 2 business days of placing your order please contact our office to check the order status.

Hotel Policy
All Rooms in all Hotels are from one (1) to four (4) persons including children. Children must share the same room with parents or guardians. Children under 12 years are FREE. Charges for rollaway beds, cribs and in-room safes plus applicable taxes, are not included in the package price and are payable directly to the Hotel. Confirmation of rooms are based upon availability; if the chosen Hotel cannot be confirmed, Orlando Fantasy.com reserved the right to substitute/confirm another Hotel of the same category. You must be at least twenty one (21) years old to book a Hotel room. A valid photo ID or passport is required upon check-in. A credit card or cash is required upon check-in for any additional charges (not included in the package). Any special request such as: laundry, international telephone calls, parking, meals, beverages, sightseeing or any other incidentals at the Hotel are the responsibility of the guest. Adjacent rooms and/or connecting rooms, rooms locations, types of bedding and smoking preferences are on a request-only basis and subject to availability upon check in and may apply extra charges. Please advise us of any special needs at the time of booking. Check-in and Check-out varies from Hotel to Hotel, but usually Check-in is at 4:00pm and Check-out is at: 11:00am. Early Check-in and Late Check-out may have an additional fee to be paid at the Hotel. PLEASE NOTE: Deposits are forfeited if guest checks out of the Hotel prior to the check out date. Upon arrival at the Hotel, the guest will confirm their departure date.

Legal Age
By agreeing with this general policies, you represent that you are an adult twenty one (21) years of age or over to use our Site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur. You agree and acknowledge that you are financially responsible for all Theme Parks Tickets, Hotel Reservations and Transfers In/Out, that you make. All minors under twenty one (21) years old must be accompanied at least by one adult. Some shows or concerts have adult themes and are not appropriate for children and others. It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether the content of an event is appropriate for themselves or others in their party. Orlando Fantasy.com or any other fulfillment partners should not be held responsible for offensive behavior during any event. There will be no refunds, credits or exchanges.

Online Payment
Full payment is required to make a reservation or to buy any theme park ticket. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards processed through Authorizenet.com, your credit card will be charged immediately for the total price of the service required, including all applicable service fees and taxes. We use128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) to protect your personal information. Please be advise that the address you enter must be the billing address of the credit card. K4 Creations, LLC, will appear on your credit card statement as the company that charge your credit card.

Shipment/Delivery
Tickets will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2 Days) using the standard fee of $4.95. Shipment will only be to the address of the credit card provided at the moment of payment and within the continental United States. We will not shipped to P.O Boxes. If you are shipping to an address other than the billing address provided on your order, you may be required to provide further information before your order can be confirmed. Once your order is processed you will then receive a sale confirmation email. If you do not receive an invoice or have not been contacted by a Orlando Fantasy.com representative within 2 business days of placing your order please contact our office to check the order status. If your tickets are "in hand" and ready to be shipped a tracking number will be provided on the invoice emailed to you. It is your responsibility to check the tracking status of your tickets. For ticket delivery to Hotels around Orlando/Kissimmee area please contact one of our agents toll free at: 1866-824-9039, upon arrival. Please be advise that customer must be present at the time of delivery and provide a valid photo id or passport as well as the credit card used for the purchase of tickets. All deliveries to Hotels located in Orlando/Kissimmee area will have a charge of $4.95 equal to shipping cost.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All theme park tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be used by the same person on all days. All theme park tickets that has been shipped or delivered are 100% non-refundable. There will be a charge of 10% processing and re-stocking fee (base on the total cost paid for the tickets) for all orders cancelled before it is shipped or delivered. There will be No Refunds for any Theme Park tickets that is lost or stolen nor will Orlando Fantasy.com pay for any un-used days. In the case of Hotel Accommodation/Transfers, after payment has been processed cancellation must be received in writing via email or fax and incur the following penalties: If received more than 30 days prior commencement of services 10% of total price will be retained. If received 29-22 days prior commencement of services 20% of total price will be retained. If received 21-14 days prior commencement of services 25% of total price will be retained. If received 13-07 days prior commencement of services 30% of total price will be retained. If received 06-03 days prior commencement of services 50% of total price will be retained. If received 02-01 days and on departure day 100% of total price will be retained considered "NO-SHOW". If pre-payment has been accepted at time of booking, then balance must be paid in full fourteen(14) days before arrival. In case balance is not paid in full within the fourteen (14) days before arrival, Orlando Fantasy.com reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to apply the cancellation fees as showing above. If a passenger tampers with our vouchers, services would be automatically suspended and a penalty of 100% charged. Guest will be responsible for any cancellation fees assessed by an airline. Any cancellation of an airline ticket must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled airline departure time; otherwise, you may forfeit any airfare amounts that could be applied to future travel.

Note: Some special promotional packages and New Years week packages will not allow any cancellation. Once a package has begun or theme park tickets has been issued, there will be no refunds made for any unused or partially used features or services. For any reason, including sickness or other emergencies, optional travel insurance is strongly advised.

Disputes
It is agreed by and between you User/Buyer and Orlando Fantasy.com, that all claims, disputes and matters whatsoever arising under or in connection with the Site, bookings and these policies and procedures shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida (without regard to conflict of law provisions) and shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located in the State of  Florida, USA, to the exclusion of the courts of any other State or Country.

Indemnity
User/Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Latin Tours, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of User's/Buyer's use of the Site, including also User's/Buyer's use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site.
